The Apax Mips helmet from Alpina is a true all-rounder for off-road use and is one of the lightest in its category. Designed to offer the highest level of comfort and safety, it combines the advanced Run System Ergo Flex with Hi-EPS and the Mips system. This innovative adjustment system ensures a perfect 360-degree fit and can be individually and easily handled. In addition, the removable padding always ensures a comfortable fit, even in high temperatures on the terrain.
The helmet's in-mold technology enables low weight and a stable construction by thermally connecting the upper shell to the Hi-EPS. An additional polycarbonate shell provides further protection for the bottom of the helmet. For maximum safety, the rear and temple areas are pulled further down, creating greater head coverage. The Mips system reduces rotational forces on the head in the event of a fall with an oblique impact. Large ventilation openings ensure optimal ventilation, while fly screens keep unwanted insects away and a height-adjustable shield offers additional protection in the field of vision.
