Wild Country Xenon HMS Belay Screwgate securing carabiner - The Xenon HMS Screwgate is a pear-shaped carabiner with numerous features. The geometry is weight-optimized, the holding forces are high and the specially developed keylock nose in conjunction with the circumference that decreases towards the opening make it much easier to loosen a tightened mast hitch, for example. The wide pear shape enables safe rope guidance and the Xenon is therefore ideal for securing with a half-mast hitch or as a central carabiner on the stand. The Xenon Screwgate is also available as a version with a wire bracket; the shackle ensures the carabiner is held in the correct position when used with a belay device.
