The extremely comfortable Syncro from Wild Country is the ideal harness for long multi-pitch tours, for technical climbing, for exploration new tours or for mountain guiding.
The best elements of the first Wild Country Syncro served as the basis for the development of a new multi-pitch harness with numerous functions.
The result of this development work is a completely new one Construction that is not only versatile, but also provides the best comfort and ventilation for long routes and projects on big walls - and all this at a relatively low weight. The Syncro features a new hip construction with ultra-comfortable padding and a robust cover made of abrasion-resistant "ripstop" fabric. It offers the ideal combination of durability, flexibility and optimal weight distribution for long periods of sitting in hanging stands and thus guarantees long days without uncomfortable pressure points. We have also provided the reinforced lower tie-in point with a wear indicator: red threads only become visible through intensive wear and tear and thus make it clear when the harness needs to be replaced. On top of that, the Syncro has a ventilated air mesh area, which ensures increased breathability in the lumbar region.
The two massive buckles on the 25mm wide hip belt band and on the 20mm wide leg loop bands can also be fully opened if necessary. which makes it easier to put on the belt with skis or crampons on. Each of the four buckles has elastic strap holders that fix the loose ends.
With its total of six equipment loops - one rigid and two more flexible on each side - the Syncro offers a variety of options for arranging the material on the harness to organize. The equipment loops were designed in such a way that all material is easily accessible and always ready to hand in the loop at the front. The Syncro also has two eyelets for attaching material carabiners for ice screws or other equipment. Last but not least, there is a medium-sized gear loop on the back.
